Private Sessions

Private sessions (1:1) are suitable for anyone wishing to do Pilates but do not wish to join a class, or who are recovering from an injury, or have specific needs.  The sessions last one hour and involve matwork and the use of the large and small equipment.  Private and semi-private sessions are available on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.
 
Semi-private sessions – these are the same as the private sessions but are for two or three people.
